Redemption amounts are calculated based upon the value of the rental, less shipping costs and applicable taxes. $700.00 minimum order required for $100.00 bonus card. Redemption request must be submitted within 90-days of start of rental, otherwise order is ineligible. Redemption limit: $500.00 per month.
